Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with the school’s curriculum and educational standards.
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel valued and respected.
• Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to faculty, students and parents.
• Collaborate and communicate with families, teachers, and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
• Integrate biblical principles and Christian values into daily instruction.
• Provide programming and instruction that meets the needs of individual learners.
• Participate in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development opportunities as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavior.
• Develop, follow, and practice rules and procedures for student safety.

Qualifications:

• Committed follower of Christ, reflecting a desire to serve Him and others
• Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Valid WA State Teaching Certificate (preferred)
• Commitment to the school’s mission and values

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $52,145.00 - $79,854.00 per year
